LAW firm TLT has made two strategic hires in Scotland in its construction and real estate teams.

Stacey Cassidy, who previously worked at Pinsent Masons, joins the projects, infrastructure and construction team as a partner.

Michael Spence is a real estate partner specialising in development and strategic land. He was previously head of real estate (Scotland) at Womble Bond Dickinson.

Stacey is based in Glasgow and Michael is based in Edinburgh.

John Paul Sheridan, partner and location head for TLT in Scotland, said:  “Establishing a construction offering in Scotland has long been a priority of mine. It is a key step towards us becoming a full service law firm in Scotland.

“Stacey and Michael’s appointments are key to our performance now and in the long-term. We were delighted when they agreed to join TLT and are pleased to finally have them on board.”

TLT has six UK offices, in Belfast, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London and Manchester.
